Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, including production time for most made-to-order items.
- For items requiring additional care and craftsmanship, such as personalized metal art, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Expedited Processing & Shipping is available. Click HERE to add this option to your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking information via the email provided during checkout.
- Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Note: Processing time is not included in the shipping time estimate.
Package Protection Coverage
We understand that unexpected issues may arise during shipping. For added peace of mind, we offer optional Divine Fate Package Protection at checkout.
Package Protection Covers:
- Lost in Transit: If your order is lost, initiate a claim within 72 hours of the expected delivery date, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, file a claim within 72 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or repair.
Terms for Package Protection:
- Available for purchase at checkout.
- Claims must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
- Eligible items are covered for one replacement or repair.
- To expedite claims, provide a clear image of the damaged item.

Important Considerations
- Ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate, including apartment/unit numbers and zip code. Divine Fate is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
- If you believe your package may be at risk of being lost or stolen, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
- For missing packages marked as “delivered,” provide a claim ID from the delivery carrier, and we’ll assist with resolving the issue.
